This Privacy Policy explains how Sagi Ratzin, doing business as Shark Dental Supply ("we") handles information when you use the Shark Dental Supply website. We sell to and ship within the United States only.

Information we collect

• Order & contact details you provide at checkout: name, practice name, email, phone, and shipping address.
• Account information, if you create an account: your name, email, practice name, and (for password sign-in) a password. If you choose "Sign in with Google," we receive your name and email from Google. Your saved profile and order history are kept so you can reorder across devices.
• Payment information you enter is collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Square). We do not receive or store your full card number; we receive only a confirmation and a payment reference.
• Cart and locally-saved data stored in your own browser (local storage) — your current cart, your sign-in session, and, if you are not signed in, recent orders on that device.
• Basic technical data your browser sends automatically (such as device and browser type and your IP address) when loading the Site.
• Searches that find nothing. When a search on the Site returns no results, we record the words searched and that nothing was found, so we can add the product or fix our wording. We do not record who searched, and searches that find products are not recorded.

How we use it

To create and manage your account, process and fulfill your orders, arrange shipping, provide customer support, prevent fraud, comply with legal and tax obligations, and — only if you ask us to — send order updates or occasional newsletters (you can unsubscribe anytime). We do not sell your personal information.

Cart-recovery emails

If you are signed in, or you have already typed your email address into checkout, and you leave items in your cart without completing the order, we may store that cart together with your email address so we can send you a reminder that it is still there. Those emails always include an unsubscribe link, and you can tell us to stop at any time. If we do not already know who you are, we store nothing — we do not identify, fingerprint, or profile anonymous visitors.

Service providers we share with

We share only the information needed to operate the Site and fulfill your orders, with providers including:

• Square — payment processing.
• Supabase — account sign-in and secure database storage of your profile and order history (for signed-in customers).
• Google — optional "Sign in with Google," address auto-complete at checkout, web fonts, and our order recordkeeping log. This may share limited data (such as an address you type, or your IP address) with Google.
• Email & notification providers (Brevo, with Resend as a backup, and Web3Forms) — your order-confirmation email, our internal order notifications and, if you subscribe, newsletters. For a confirmation email they receive your name, email address, shipping address and the items you ordered.
• Our hosting provider, shipping carriers, and the suppliers/manufacturers who deliver your order.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies & local storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep your cart, your sign-in session, and (for guests) recent orders on your device. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking on this Site. Data retention & security

We keep account and order records as needed to run the business and meet legal and tax obligations, and delete or de-identify them when no longer needed. We and our providers use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices & rights

You can update your account details, unsubscribe from newsletters, or ask us to delete your account at any time. Depending on where you live (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act/CPRA or similar state laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. Your California privacy rights

We are a California business, and these disclosures are made under California law.

• Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking on this Site at all, so there is no tracking for such a signal to switch off, and we do not change our behavior in response to one. • Third-party direct marketing ("Shine the Light," Civil Code §1798.83). We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes. The providers listed above process information only to operate the Site and fulfill your orders.
• Access, deletion and correction. California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold, and a copy of it, by emailing support@sharkdentalsupply.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
• No sale or sharing. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children

The Site is intended for dental professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
