Professional Use & Product Safety Disclaimer
Last updated: October 19, 2026
Products on this Site are intended for use by licensed and trained dental professionals only. They are not sold for consumer or home use.
Professional & licensed use
By purchasing, you represent that you are a licensed or otherwise authorized dental professional (or are buying on behalf of one) and that the products will be used only by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable professional standards and law.
Prescription (Rx) and regulated products
We do not sell prescription drugs, X-ray generators or human tissue products online. Many of the professional dental devices we list are labeled "Rx only": federal law restricts their sale to a licensed practitioner or on a practitioner's order, so they may lawfully be sold only to qualified purchasers. By ordering such items, you represent that you hold every license, registration, or authorization required (including, where applicable, state licensure) to purchase and possess them. We may require verification and may decline or cancel any order that does not meet these requirements. You are solely responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, storage, handling, and use of the products.
Follow the manufacturer's instructions
Always read and follow the manufacturer's Instructions for Use (IFU), labeling, indications, contraindications, warnings, and storage requirements. The manufacturer's documentation controls over anything on this Site. Product descriptions and images here are summaries for identification only and are not a substitute for the manufacturer's information.
No medical, clinical, or dental advice
Content on this Site is for general product information only and is not medical, clinical, or dental advice. Nothing here should be used to diagnose or treat any condition or to determine the suitability of a product for a particular patient. You are responsible for exercising independent professional judgment for each patient and case.
No guarantee of clinical outcomes
We do not manufacture the products and make no representation or guarantee about clinical results. Clinical outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including technique, diagnosis, and patient-specific factors.
Storage, handling & adverse events
You are responsible for proper receipt, inspection, storage, and handling of products, including any temperature or expiration requirements. Report product quality problems or adverse events to the manufacturer and, where appropriate, to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA MedWatch).
